We hope you love our merchandise, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

Order Cancellation Before Shipping

Since some of our items are available for pre-order, you can change your mind and cancel your purchase at any time before we hand the package over to the shipping carrier. Just contact us, and we’ll process a full refund.

Returning Items After Receipt (14-Day Rule)

In accordance with EU law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your package to return the item without giving a reason.

  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our warehouse in Estonia. As soon as we receive the item, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs.

Defective Item or Order Error

If you receive a defective item or we accidentally sent the wrong size, we take full responsibility. We will send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund (including shipping costs).

Refund Process

As soon as we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you by email. The refund will be automatically credited to the same credit card or bank account used for the original payment. Please note that it may take your bank 3 to 10 business days to process the transaction.

How to Request a Return

Please do not send the package back without prior approval. Email us at sales-manager@novayagazeta.eu and include your order number. If the issue is a defective item, please attach a couple of photos right away. We will respond promptly and send you the exact return address and shipping instructions.
