Order Processing and Pre-orders

• Pre-orders: Items available for pre-order will be shipped no later than April 20. As soon as the shipment arrives and is handed over to our logistics team, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
• Items in stock: If an item is in stock, we will pack and ship your order within 1–7 business days after payment is received.

Geography and Timelines 

We ship orders worldwide from the European Union (Latvia). Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process and depend on your address and the weight of the package.

Estimated delivery times after the order has been forwarded to the logistics department:

• EU countries: 5–10 business days.
• Non-EU Europe (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Serbia, Montenegro, Turkey, Georgia, Armenia, etc.): 10–15 business days.
• Rest of the world (United States, Canada, etc.): 10–25 business days.

Customs duties and taxes (for orders outside the EU)

If you are placing an order for a country outside the European Union, your shipment may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, and fees. These charges are not included in the order or shipping cost and must be paid in full by the buyer upon receipt. The rules and limits for duty-free imports depend on the laws of your country.

Track Your Package

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. Please check your "Spam" and "Promotions" folders if you haven't received the notification.

Questions and Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please email us at sales-manager@novayagazeta.eu and include your order number. We’ll look into it right away.
